Terms & Conditions
The current version of the Terms and conditions is V.1.1, last updated May 2018.
We reserve the right to update the terms as necessary.
Please note our garments are made in a catfriendly home, all care is taken that they stay out of the design studio, however we are unable to guarantee a 100% cathair free product. If you are allergic to cats, but still would like to commission a garment from us an alternative fitting location can be discussed.
For orders from our accessory webshop (this includes sample sales) the webshop terms and conditions apply. (They are available for review upon checkout.)
Accepted Payment Methods
EU customers can pay via PayPal, bank deposit or cash.
International customers can pay using PayPal.
Our website has Stripe which includes several credit cards and Ideal. If Paypal is not an option for you I can create a custom corset item in our webshop for you so more payment systems can be used.
Prices listed on our website are in Euros (EUR) including VAT, shipping costs are not included.

The European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) came into effect on the 25th of May 2018. For us to be compliant, we need to notify you on the data we hold and how it is used.
After purchasing one of our products or subscribing to our mailing list, the personal data we may hold about you is as follows:

We only collect the minimum amount of information required to communicate with you about orders, and we keep only what is necessary to process your orders and/or communicate with you via our newsletter that you opted to receive. This information will never be sold or passed on to any third parties.
We ship worldwide. All our custom orders and sample sale corsets are send by ensured parcel service and are calculated by weight and country.
Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
Custom orders (made-to-measure creations) and any customized garments are non-refundable.
With the rare exception of the order falling under EU return policy for faulty goods.
Corset samples and items from the webshop can be returned within 14 days under the terms of regulations without giving reasons.

Before returning orders, please contact us to discuss the process and any other questions.
For products equivalent to the order and under a value of 150 Euro the buyer has to bear the shipping costs. In all cases this means you must initially pay the return postage costs. For items over 150 Euro once received, we will assess the product and if the returned item has a fault we will reimburse you for the returned postage cost.
Please ship your return as insured parcel only!
Please note that soiled, already worn or dry cleaned items cannot be returned.
Ordering custom sized garments online: no responsibility is taken for the accuracy of measurements provided by you. Please contact us directly if you have any questions about the specific measurements we require to complete your order. If you've accidentally provided us with incorrect measurements and your garment doesn't fit properly, contact us and we can alter it (depending on the garment) at your expense.
In the unlikely event that there is a fault or problem with an item you purchased through our store, please contact us so that we can do our very best to help you.
We will gladly exchange an item purchased through our webshop if the item received by you is not the same as the item described or ordered. In this situation we will cover the postage costs. You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and the item/s are returned clean, unworn, in waterproof packaging with all labels still attached.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges if you:
have simply changed your mind
ordered the wrong product
damaged the product by misusing it
used the product for a very long time and the problem is as a result of usual wear and tear
were aware of the relevant fault (for example: in a 'sample' garment) as indicated in the photos or item description.
We do not offer refunds if the order has been lost or damaged in transit. All our corsets are send as insured package postal services. In the unlikely event this happens, please contact us and we will help you take it up with the postal company.
If there is a minor problem with the product you purchased, we can choose whether to:
provide a replacement that is identical, or of similar value.
repair the product within a reasonable time, or
give you a refund.
If there is a major problem with the product you purchased, you may be eligible for a replacement or refund.
Any refunds that are made will be done so through PayPal or bank transfer (EU only). Please allow up to 7 business days upon receipt of your goods to process and re-deliver exchanges or refunds.
